Digital Account Manager

We’re looking for strong Digital Account Managers to lead client relationships, coordinate digital projects, and ensure smooth delivery across CRM, campaigns, and websites with our expert internal teams.

Job Description

As a Digital Account Manager at MO Agency, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, acting as the bridge between their business goals and our internal delivery teams. You’ll build trusted client relationships, align on digital strategy, and help guide the delivery of projects ranging from HubSpot CRM implementations, digital marketing campaigns, and website builds, to paid media, content production, and more.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team of Account Managers and collaborate daily with strategists, HubSpot specialists,  developers, designers, and digital marketers to ensure timely, high-quality execution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, digitally fluent, and thrives on solving problems, delivering value, and helping clients succeed in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.

Responsibilities & duties

  • Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, build timelines, and allocate resources
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget
  • Guide clients through CRM onboarding, HubSpot system setup, or campaign delivery
  • Monitor project progress and surface risks, blockers, or changes in scope
  • Prepare and present reports, campaign performance insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Manage internal task tracking and status updates using project management software (Accelo)
  • Collaborate with the Service Director and senior team on account growth opportunities
  • Proactively look for ways to improve account health, engagement, and retention

 

Qualifications & skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Management or Client Services role within a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and content-led campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with web design and the development process.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once
  • Confident in running meetings, presenting reports, and handling client questions or objections
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, devs, strategists, PMs)
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Accelo, ClickUp, or Monday.com
  • Bonus Points: Extensive experience with HubSpot
