Role Overview

Job Description

As a Designer at MO Agency, you’ll create on-brand visual content to support a wide range of internal and client-facing marketing efforts. From social media posts and presentations to brochures, print materials, and simple digital banners—you’ll bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every asset.

This is a junior to mid level role suited to someone with 2+ years of experience in digital or graphic design. You’ll be working under guidance from our senior creatives, content strategists, and marketing team, contributing to both internal and external projects.

Responsibilities & duties

  • Design visual content for social media, email banners, PDFs, and presentations
  • Assist with layout and formatting of marketing brochures, case studies, and proposal documents
  • Create image-based content for websites and blog posts
  • Support marketing campaigns with visuals for Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.
  • Follow brand guidelines and apply templates where needed
  • Resize and format assets for web, mobile, or print
  • Collaborate with marketers and content writers to align visuals with messaging
  • Maintain organised design files and asset libraries

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years experience in graphic or digital design
  • Strong portfolio of basic social, print, and digital design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
  • Detail-oriented with good layout and typography instincts
  • Able to manage multiple design tasks at once
  • Comfortable working from briefs and following brand guidelines
  • Bonus: Experience with animation  and video editing tools (e.g. After Effects, Premier Pro, Final Cut)
  • Bonus: Knowledge and professional usage of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar UX design platforms
