Job Description
As a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist at MO Agency, you’ll be responsible for delivering successful, project-based onboarding for new clients across the full HubSpot ecosystem. You’ll guide businesses through portal setup, data migration, CRM structure, user training, and early campaign configuration.
Working closely with Account Managers, Strategists, and our Development and Design teams, you’ll help set the stage for long-term success, ensuring clients get fast wins and a solid HubSpot foundation tailored to their goals.
You’ll support onboarding across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Ops Hub, and occasionally Content Hub. Projects are varied, structured, and client-facing, with a clear handoff to long-term management teams once onboarding wraps.
Responsibilities & duties
- Deliver structured onboarding for new HubSpot clients across one or more Hubs
- Set up portals, user permissions, custom objects, pipelines, and dashboards
- Guide clients through early CRM and campaign strategy
- Configure forms, workflows, automation, email templates, and integrations
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding calls
- Coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Developers on custom needs (e.g. website upgrades and integrations)
- Track onboarding timelines and deliverables using internal systems
- Support smooth handoff to CRM Specialists or Strategists post-onboarding
- Stay up to date on HubSpot product updates and certifications
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years in a digital, CRM, or onboarding role (agency or tech environment)
- Solid experience with HubSpot (especially Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub)
- Strong client-facing and project coordination skills
- Great communicator—verbal and written
- Organised, deadline-driven, and confident, managing multiple projects
- Bonus: HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation or similar certifications
- Bonus: Experience with project management tools like Accelo or ClickUp
