Job Description
As a HubSpot CRM & Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of live HubSpot environments, ensuring that they evolve with the client’s business. You’ll support teams with CRM structure, workflow creation, lead routing, campaign setup, and data hygiene.
This is an ongoing optimisation role rather than project-based implementation. You’ll be part consultant, part technician—translating business needs into actionable CRM improvements and helping marketers, sales teams, and ops leads get the most out of HubSpot long after go-live.
You’ll work across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub, providing day-to-day CRM support and campaign administration that fuels growth.
Responsibilities & duties
- Administer and optimise live HubSpot portals for multiple clients
- Create workflows, lists, custom properties, dashboards, and automations
- Support ongoing marketing campaign setup in Marketing Hub
- Maintain data integrity through deduplication, validation, and cleanup
- Coordinate technical improvements with Dev and Strategy teams
- Assist with integrations, lead routing, form strategy, and reporting
- Stay updated on HubSpot feature releases and recommend updates
- Be the go-to expert for client teams using HubSpot for sales or marketing
- Contribute to playbooks, internal knowledge base, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years experience in a CRM or marketing operations role
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Solid understanding of workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation
- Comfortable working with structured data and reporting dashboards
- Confident communicator with internal teams and clients
- Bonus: HubSpot certifications in CRM Implementation or Marketing Hub
- Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot Admin tools, integrations, or API-based workflows
