UX/UI Designer
Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer at MO Agency, you’ll work on turning business objectives and user needs into structured, elegant digital interfaces. From initial discovery and wireframing to final UI handoff, you’ll design user experiences that power websites, client portals, landing pages, and CRM-integrated apps.
This is a mid-level role best suited to a designer with a formal design qualification and 2–5 years of digital experience. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, marketers, and account managers to bring ideas to life, always advocating for the user while aligning with business goals.
Responsibilities & duties
- Conduct UX research and competitor audits to inform designs
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes
- Translate concepts into high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma or Adobe XD
- Create responsive layouts and scalable design systems
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs
- Refine user interfaces based on feedback, testing, and performance data
- Align with marketing and CRM teams to design journeys that drive conversion
- Help define design standards, UX patterns, and accessibility best practices
- Present work to internal stakeholders and occasionally clients
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years experience in UX/UI or product design
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or similar
- Strong portfolio of web and app interfaces, with clear UX rationale
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of design systems, grid structures, and responsive UI
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development handoff processes
- Confident presenting design concepts to cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Experience designing for B2B
- Bonus: Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
