To celebrate an extraordinary year of growth, success, and big milestones, the MO Agency team packed their bags and headed out to Sky Lodge in Hartbeespoort, Gauteng, for our annual year-end getaway. And this year, we took things down the rabbit hole with our vibrant “Into Wonderland” theme.
A Warm Welcome and a Scenic Start
Our getaway kicked off with a refreshing 5km hike through the beautiful Hartbeespoort surroundings. While the team explored winding trails and soaked up the views, the Sky Lodge team was back at base transforming the venue into a full Wonderland experience, complete with whimsical décor and imaginative details that set the tone for the rest of the day.
Dressing the Part: Into Wonderland Comes Alive
Once we returned, it was time to fully embrace the theme. The MO Rangers swapped hiking shoes for costumes, everything from classic Alice in Wonderland characters, to card-themed outfits, to bright, weird, and wonderfully trippy colours. The creativity was unmatched, and the energy was off the charts. One thing about MO Agency: we commit to a theme.
A Lunch Full of Laughs, Awards, and Heart
With everyone dressed to the nines, we settled in for our much-anticipated annual year-end lunch. The conversation flowed as quickly as the laughter, and somehow the company around the table managed to be even better than the food.
The afternoon was packed with tradition and fun:

Spoof awards, where we laughed (hard) about some of the year’s most iconic MO Agency moments.

Formal agency awards, which are aimed at recognising each MO Ranger for their standout contributions and excellence throughout the year.
Every award, every reaction, and every laugh reminded us why this team is one of a kind.
Afternoon Chill Time: Pool and Pure Relaxation
After lunch, it was time to unwind. Some of the team stretched out by the pool, while others took a dip or floated around the pool. It was the perfect way to ease into the evening.
To top it off, we were joined by a caricature artist, who drew hilarious and strangely accurate portraits of the team. It was the ultimate cherry on top of an already incredible afternoon, and something the team will be talking about for months.
Evening Dinner & Festivities
Dinner rolled in with delicious dishes that, this time, somehow managed to outshine even the company at the table. Once the plates were cleared, the night was officially underway.
And then it rained. But did that stop the MO Rangers?
Absolutely not.
We danced, sang, and celebrated well into the early hours of the morning, embracing the rain as part of the fun. It was one of those nights where the vibes were so good, you couldn’t help but feel grateful for the people around you.
A Celebration of a Remarkable Year
This year’s getaway felt extra special. It reflected the incredible year MO Agency has had, a year of growth, new faces, a new office, brilliant work, and each MO Ranger levelling up in ways big and small.
Sky Lodge wasn’t just a venue, it was the setting for memories we’ll carry with us long after the year has ended. The energy, togetherness, and spirit of the team made this getaway one for the books.
We ended 2025 with hearts full, spirits high, and a renewed excitement for the year ahead. Because at MO Agency, we don’t just work together, we grow together, celebrate together, and create memories that last a lifetime.
